1 salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized strips
1 ripe avocado, halved and diced
2 cups arugula or mixed greens
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of lemon or lime
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Optional: garlic powder, chili flakes
Instructions
Season the salmon strips with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or chili flakes.
