  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone slices into circles and assemble eyeballs by placing cheese on each meatball topped with an olive slice.
  6. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts slightly.
  7. Cook spaghetti as per package instructions; warm marinara sauce in a separate pot.
  8. Toss cooked spaghetti in marinara sauce and serve topped with meatballs.
