  • 12 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into small squares (optional, for layering)
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Sriracha or spicy mayo, for topping
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice as per package instructions. Once warm, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Allow cooling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until well-coated.
  3. Grease a small ramekin or food mold. Layer seasoned rice at the bottom, followed by cucumber, diced avocado, and the shrimp mixture. Press gently.
  4. Invert onto a plate to release the stack and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
