  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for topping

  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix in peanut butter until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over cooled crust; bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  5. Let cool in the oven with the door cracked open for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; spread over chilled cheesecake and top with chopped Reese’s.
