  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle with half of the brown sugar mixture, then add the remaining roll pieces and drizzle with leftover butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle with spiced icing.
