  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 23 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, peanut butter, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
  5. Fill each donut well about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the glaze, whisk together peanut butter and powdered sugar; gradually add milk until smooth.
  8. Dip cooled donuts into glaze and let set before serving.
