  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the bottom.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic base until the butter melts.
  4. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline and layer them in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.
