  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided for mixture and glaze)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup (for mixture), chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
