  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, feta cheese, egg, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
