  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Brush with the maple mixture.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. In the same skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  6. Slice the baked chicken, then assemble your sliders by placing arugula on each bun followed by chicken and bacon.
