  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze excess moisture from the shredded zucchini and combine it in a bowl with almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using).
  3. In a separate bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
