  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon; cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess grease, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and toss to combine with beef and garlic.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and stir well to coat.
  6. Season with hot sauce, ground ginger, onion powder, and optional cloves; stir to blend flavors.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook until the coleslaw mix is soft (approximately 2-5 minutes).
  8. Stir in sesame oil before removing from heat.
