  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar

Instructions
