  • 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter)
  • 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  2. Stir in ground chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. In a small bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese with Greek yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
