Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking sheet or two 9×13 inch pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, blending well before each addition. Mix in pumpkin purée.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
