  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer four sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  3. Cut into strips about 3 inches wide. Place a piece of feta at one end and roll tightly, sealing edges.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with more butter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. For the chili honey, warm honey over low heat; mix in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar until combined.
