  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 3.5 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Chopped toasted hazelnuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. In a stand mixer, whip egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the meringue until glossy.
  5. Pipe rounds onto the prepared baking sheets and let them rest for 30 minutes before baking.
