  • 1 medium green cabbage, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Sea salt and fresh black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and chopped onions. Sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped cabbage; cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes until wilted.
  6. Stir in minced garlic and paprika; combine well.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and warm through for a few minutes.
