  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
