  • 8 oz linguine
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
