  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to heat preference)
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken chunks and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
