  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
