Instructions

  1. Drain all canned ingredients thoroughly to avoid a watery dip.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained corn, fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and green onions; mix gently.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and chili powder until smooth.
