  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth; then stir in buttermilk.
