  • 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Stir in melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the tortilla shells evenly and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 11 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; blend in pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fill cooled taco shells with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or spatula. Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
