  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)
  • 6 tablespoons dairy-free butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
  2. Blend rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until finely ground.
  3. Mix in flax eggs, apple cider, almond butter, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fill the donut molds with batter using a cookie scoop.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; let cool on a rack.
  6. Coat with melted dairy-free butter followed by a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
